Job Details

What You’ll Do :

Supervise, coach, and develop a team of Financial Services Coordinators.

Enforce credit and collections policies to minimize bad debt and reduce DSO.

Review and analyze accounts receivable aging reports; assign and monitor collection activities.

Support cross-functional processes with sales, operations, customer service, and finance.

Ensure SOP compliance, system integrity (SAP), and ongoing team training.

Collaborate with leadership to create strategies, KPIs, and reporting to optimize collections.

What We’re Looking For

Education : Associate degree in a related field or 7+ years of equivalent relevant experience (minimum 5 years required).

Experience : Direct credit / collections leadership experience, preferably in distribution, manufacturing, or healthcare-related industries.

Skills :

Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.

Effective communicator and motivator with supervisory experience.

Proficient in ERP systems (SAP strongly preferred).

Demonstrated ability to reduce aging receivables and manage credit risk.

Detail-oriented with strong decision-making and analytical ability.
