What Youll Do
As a key player in our Petroleum Division, youll:
- Support walk-in and phone customers, along with internal sales teams, by managing orders and distributor buy-backs efficiently and accurately.
- Provide accurate product pricing and connect customers with the right team members to finalize sales.
- Build expert-level knowledge of our products to answer questions and resolve issues like a pro.
- Keep customers informed of new products, promotions, and specials.
- Initiate and track orders in our ERP system, ensuring smooth deliveries.
- Collaborate with Procurement, Inventory, and Warehouse teams to meet customer needs on time.
- Promote safe product handling practices while ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Use Salesforce to support customers and sales teams effectively.
- Schedule service calls, document completed work, and keep things running smoothly.
