Job description

Responsibilities

We are seeking a dynamic Director of Human Resources to join our team. The HR Director leads workforce strategies and HR programs, policies, and practices. Reports to the CEO and partners with leadership to drive recruitment, employee relations, coaching, performance management, and employee engagement across all HR functions. The ideal candidate will have solid management experience and demonstrated HR expertise in all functional areas and the ability to move between tactical and strategic work.

Qualifications

The HR Director position requires :

Education : Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Human Resources or related field required.

Experience : At least five years of experience in human resources, including three years in HR management; two years in healthcare preferred. The role requires the ability to handle day-to-day HR operations while also functioning at a strategic level, moving fluidly between tactical and strategic work.

Certification : Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) or Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification preferred.
