\n\nTravel Nursing Job Details\n \n

  • Location : Jacksonville, NC 28546\n
  • Assignment Length : 13 weeks (Start : 11 / 24 / 2025 – End : 2 / 23 / 2026)\n
  • Nursing Shift : Nights, 12-hour shifts (7 : 00 PM – 7 : 30 AM)\n
  • Schedule : 3x12s or 4x12s per week\n
  • Estimated Weekly Pay : $1,680 – $1,800\n
  • Healthcare Setting : Med / Surg Telemetry Unit (42 beds)\n
  • Patient Ratio : 1 : 6\n
  • Weekend and holiday shifts included \n
  • No on-call required \n

    • \n\nRegistered Nurse Qualifications\n \n

  • Active and unencumbered Registered Nurse (RN) license\n
  • Minimum 1 year of recent Med / Surg Telemetry RN experience\n
  • Current ACLS and BLS certifications\n
  • CPI certification required\n
  • Proficiency with insulin, heparin, and Lasix drips\n
  • COVID-19 vaccine required (medical / religious exemptions considered)\n
  • Willingness to float to similar or lower acuity units as needed\n
  • Travel nurses must live at least 50 miles from facility\n

    • \n\nRN Responsibilities\n \n

  • Deliver high-quality nursing care to patients with cardiac, diabetes, CHF, COPD, renal, general surgery, and orthopedic conditions\n
  • Monitor and manage telemetry patients; administer medications including insulin, heparin, and Lasix drips\n
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary healthcare team (RNs, LPNs, PCTs, CNAs, unit secretaries)\n
  • Accurately document patient care and clinical interventions\n
  • Float to similar or lower acuity units as needed based on census\n
  • Participate in weekend and holiday rotations\n
  • Provide compassionate, patient-centered care in a fast-paced hospital environment\n
