The Senior Business Intelligence Engineer – Medicaid will serve as a strategic data expert responsible for designing and developing advanced business intelligence dashboards using modern BI tools to support Medicaid clinical reporting and analytics. This role operates with minimal direction, making decisions on moderately complex to complex technical components and exercising significant autonomy in defining objectives and approaches. The engineer will collect, integrate, and analyze raw data to produce actionable insights that begin to shape departmental strategy. A key part of the role involves consulting with Medicaid market business partners to understand their evolving data needs and trends, ensuring that analytical solutions are aligned with business goals and drive meaningful impact across care management and DSNP initiatives.
