Required Certification & Licensure : Valid Oklahoma Provisional / Respiratory Care Practitioner License (RCP). OR Temporary letter to practice issued by the Oklahoma Medical Board. Certified / Registered Respiratory Therapist (CRT / RRT) credential through the National Board of Respiratory Care (NBRC).
