Job description

Cardiology Noninvasive physician job in Virginia :

Locums Non-Invasive Cardiologist -Richmond, Virginia

Schedule & Coverage

Start Date : ASAP Ongoing

Shift : MondayFriday, 8-hour shifts (Day)

Call : Night and weekend call on rotating basis (Call ratio 1 : 6)

Dates of Coverage : ASAP until permanent physician is onboard

Reason for Coverage : 2nd physician support during recruitment

Practice & Responsibilities

Setting : Inpatient, Call, Outpatient, Clinic

Clinic Patients : ~10 per day

Inpatient Admissions : 1215 per day

Group : 1 Cardiologist in group

Other Cardiologists Present : Yes

Supervision : 4 APCs under physician supervision

Patient Population : Adults / Geriatrics

Facility & EMR

EMR : Epic

Procedures Required

Electrocardiograms (EKGs)

Requirements

Board Certified Advanced Heart Failure Cardiology, VAD Certified Required

AHF Fellowship LVAD experience Required

ACLS Required

DEA Required

Must be local Required
