Job descriptionCompetitive Base Salary Production Bonuses Comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, life, disability, and retirement 6 Weeks of total PTO (Time Off, Holidays, and CME) Strong Management Infrastructure in Place. Group has had the same leadership since 1999 handling all admin and staffing duties for the practice. Friendly physician oriented group with high quality standards Location : Hackettstown, NJ (1hr from Allentown) Internal Medicine Physician 100% Outpatient Primary Care Clinic Setting Typical Volume : 20-22 patients per day M-F Schedule 9-5pm. One day per week staying until 7pm. Weekend Call : Cover 9am - 1pm every third Saturday. Call by phone is 1 : 3 for evenings. 2 Other Internal Med physicians and 3 Pediatricians on Staff Assess, maintain, and improve the health status of individuals in the communities served through timely access to evidence-based acute, preventive, and chronic disease care. Provide high-value care consider risks, benefits, and patient preferences when making diagnostic or therapeutic intervention decisions. Documents all patient care activities and services provided in the electronic health record. Documentation must be clear, concise, accurate, updated, and in sufficient detail. Board Certified / Board Eligible Internal Medicine Ability to have a New Jersey State Medical License
