HR Generalist
This is a rare opportunity at our company for an HR Generalist. We are a fast-paced, goal-driven, progressive HR department and this position is critical to our success! Our ideal candidate will start off with 3-5 years of human resources experience in a fast-paced, dynamic environment (manufacturing HR experience a definite plus!). You will have a Bachelors degree in Human Resources, (a PHR certification is preferred, but not mandatory.) In addition, you will have strong analytical skills, attention to detail, effective communication and conflict resolution, and proficiency in MS Office products!

- Employee lifecycle management : design and execute seamless employee experiences from recruitment thru offboarding, ensuring each touchpoint reinforces our organizational values
- Skills development support : partner with managers to identify skill gaps, create development plans, and facilitate internal mobility opportunities
- Employee relations : serve as a trusted advisor for employee concerns, conducting thorough investigations and implementing solutions that strengthen workplace culture
- Performance partnership : support managers in performance conversations, goal setting, and career development discussions using skills-based frameworks
- Thru our HR operations and technology :
- HRIS management : maintain data integrity across HR systems while identifying opportunities for automation and process improvement
- Benefits and wellness : administer comprehensive benefits programs while driving wellness initiatives that support employee wellbeing and engagement
- Compliance assurance : ensure adherence to employment laws and organizational policies while supporting innovative practices
- HR analytics support : collect and analyze HR metrics to support data-driven decision-making and identify trends
- Thru strategic projects and continuous improvement :
- Project support : contribute to strategic HR initiatives including talent acquisition improvements, technology implementations, and culture transformation efforts
- Process innovation : identify and implement process improvements that enhance efficiency and employee experience
- Skills assessment : support skills mapping and competency development initiatives across the organization
- Change support : assist in change management efforts, helping employees navigate organizational transitions
