The Client offers benefits including Medical, Vision, and 401k Apply or call us TODAY!(209)577-3663Job DescriptionVerify and post accounts receivable transactions to journals, ledgers, and other recordsAssist in generating monthly billing statementsCreate and submit invoices to customersIdentify delinquent accounts Collect payments from customers and record transactions in the systemCollections Prepare and submit bank depositsMaintain database and spreadsheets, updating information as neededOther duties as assignedJob RequirementsKnowledge of Accounts Receivable proceduresAt least 6 months of relevant experienceKnowledge of accounting principlesExcellent customer service skillsBasic understanding of common Accounting softwareCompensation / Pay Rate (Up to) : $20.00 - $26.00
