About Us
We are a locally owned vertically integrated apple growing and packing operation. We are seeking a strategic, hands‑on Chief Financial Officer to lead our finance and accounting functions and partner with ownership to drive growth and operational excellence.
What You’ll Do
- Serve as a key advisor to ownership and member of the executive team
- Lead all financial functions : accounting, reporting, budgeting, forecasting, treasury, and compliance
- Manage cash flow, credit facilities, and financing strategies across multiple entities
- Provide timely financial insights to guide decision‑making and improve operational performance
- Build strong relationships with owners, lenders, auditors, and business partners
- Lead and develop the accounting and IT teams
What We’re Looking For
7+ years progressive financial leadership experience (agriculture / production experience strongly preferred)
