About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Accountant to manage the day-to-day accounting, reporting, and cash flow operations. This hands-on role will oversee monthly closes, reconciliations, bill payments, and both fiat and crypto transactions.

The successful candidate will be a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment, continually improves processes, and strengthens governance and controls while maintaining a high standard of accuracy and discretion.

Your Impact

• Monthly Reporting & Accounting

Prepare accurate monthly P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow reports

Manage bill payments, invoices, and reimbursements

Ensure books are tax-ready with proper categorization and documentation

Record and reconcile crypto activity in line with accounting standards

Proactively identify inefficiencies and propose improved workflows
