Pay Range : $30.00 - $39.00 per hour

Job Summary :

We are seeking a highly skilled IT Support Specialist to join our team, offering remote desktop assistance, telephone support, and ensuring network security and backups. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining hardware and software, deploying security updates, and providing user training on IT protocols and systems setup. This role involves managing ticket queues, ensuring customer satisfaction, and collaborating on IT projects to improve our services.

Key Responsibilities :

Troubleshoot software, hardware, and connectivity issues, providing remote support.

Deploy security updates and maintain system backups to ensure data integrity.

Train staff on company computer programs, networks, and adherence to security standards.

Coordinate with vendors to resolve technical problems and maintain IT equipment.

Manage and troubleshoot network connectivity and access for both local and remote users or devices.

Must-Have Skills :

Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.

Proficient in software and hardware installation, upgrade, and maintenance.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to support both technical and non-technical users.

Industry Experience :

Minimum 3-5 years in Service Desk or Desktop Support, preferably with PC and Mac experience.

Experience in a corporate "Walk Up Bar" environment and familiarity with ticketing systems such as ServiceNow preferred.

Knowledge of Microsoft Office, Mac OS X & Windows 7 / 10, and wired / Wi-Fi Networking with Active Directory.

This role is ideal for an individual passionate about providing exceptional customer service, able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment, and eager to take on small projects from start to finish.
