Job Description :

Are you driven to design products that push the limits of innovation, performance, and user experience? We're seeking a Design Engineer - Advanced Technology to lead the development of next-generation solutions that set new industry standards in functionality, efficiency, and connectivity.

What You'll Do

• Drive product innovation across mechanical, electrical, structural, and hydraulic systems
• Translate advanced concepts into real-world designs using 3D CAD (SolidWorks), simulations, and iterative testing
• Lead development of smart product ecosystems, including embedded systems, PLC programming, and solid-state electronics (for Electrical Engineers)
• Apply advanced modeling and data analysis to validate and optimize product performance
• Recommend new materials and components to enhance function, reduce cost, or introduce novel capabilities
• Collaborate across engineering, supply chain, and manufacturing teams to bring concepts to life
• Mentor junior engineers and foster a high-performance, idea-driven culture
• Support field testing and troubleshooting of prototype technologies in real-world settings
