This role is a hybrid role based in either 11501 Outlook Street Suite 300 Overland Park KS or 4910 Tiedeman Road Brooklyn OH

This position is responsible for executing against the strategic projects for enhancing the capabilities of the Commercial Lending business. This individual works closely with the line of business and technology colleagues to assist in the development implementationassessment and support of one or more environments applications or platforms.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

• Develops clean maintainable testable code for work assigned.
• Actively works resolution of system and client experience impacts for one or more environments applications or platforms.
• Provide mentorship and training for Junior engineers.
• Demonstrates active learning regarding industry trends regarding banking and technology.
• Learns and follows information security standards when developing code.
• Assists in testing and evaluating new and emerging technologies during the selection process
• Utilizes technical documentation specifications and project artifacts when developing code
• Embraces and follows established standards and best practices

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS

This position is eligible to earn a base salary in the range of $71000.00 - $125000.00 annually. Placement within the pay range may differ based upon various factors including but not limited to skills experience and geographic location. Compensation for this role also includes eligibility for incentive compensation which may include production commission and / or discretionary incentives.
