Advantra is partnering with a global financial services program office in Phoenix to hire a Business Systems and Automation Analyst to manage enterprise project reporting and automation workflows across regulatory initiatives.

About the role

You will lead and manage a portfolio of complex global regulatory projects, focusing on end-to-end project execution, stakeholder reporting, and tool integration. The role involves using Power BI, SharePoint, and Power Apps to automate workflows and create transparent dashboards for senior leadership. You will identify process inefficiencies, optimize tracking systems, and ensure alignment with business priorities.

Responsibilities

Manage multiple regulatory projects from intake through completion.

Coordinate across global teams to maintain progress and resolve blockers.

Deliver clear project updates and reports to senior leadership.

Facilitate meetings and executive briefings with confidence.

Build and maintain Power BI dashboards to visualize project health.

Integrate Power BI, Power Apps, and SharePoint for unified reporting.

Identify and implement process improvements in workflow systems.

Ensure project timelines align with regulatory and business priorities.

Support automation of project tracking and documentation tools.

Core requirements

5+ years of experience in project or business systems management.

Proven experience using Microsoft Power Platform (Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate).

Strong knowledge of Microsoft SharePoint administration and integration.

Experience managing enterprise-scale regulatory or compliance projects.

Proficiency in dashboard design and data storytelling.

Experience in project workflow optimization and reporting automation.

Familiarity with Archer GRC or similar compliance tools.

Strong stakeholder communication and presentation skills.

Experience working in matrixed, global organizations.

Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business, or related field.

Nice to have

Familiarity with SQL, Excel macros, or other data integration tools.

Experience supporting financial or regulated industry programs.

Knowledge of project governance frameworks and audit readiness.

Background in Power Platform solution design.

Experience transforming manual tracking systems into automated workflows.
