Job Title : Pediatric Hospitalist

Join a dedicated team at a full-fledged children’s hospital located in vibrant Las Vegas, NV. Offering an excellent opportunity to be part of a well-established Pediatric Hospitalist practice at The Children’s Medical Center at Summerlin Hospital, this role allows you to contribute to the health of children while being immersed in a city known for its entertainment, dining, and outdoor activities.

Key Responsibilities :

• Provide comprehensive care on a 34-bed pediatric floor, collaborating with a team of five Pediatric Hospitalists.
• Manage varied shifts that include both in-house commitment and on-call responsibilities from home.
• Participate in clinical teaching and mentoring pediatric residents and medical students through an academic affiliation with a pediatric residency program.
• Engage in a robust quality improvement program and explore opportunities for clinical research.
• Cover a pediatric floor with an average daily census of 24 patients and a 12-bed PICU supported by Pediatric Intensivists.
