Job Title :  Concrete Estimator – Foundations & Flatwork

Location :  Flexible (Hybrid or Remote)

Salary :  $120,000 – $150,000 (based on experience)

About the Role :

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Concrete Estimator specializing in foundations and flatwork to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in turnkey concrete estimating and a proven track record of successfully bidding projects ranging from $5M to $15M, with exposure to projects up to $40M.

Key Responsibilities :

Prepare detailed and accurate cost estimates for concrete foundation and flatwork packages

Analyze drawings, specifications, and other documents to prepare comprehensive quantity takeoffs and pricing

Collaborate with project managers, field teams, and clients to ensure alignment and accuracy of estimates

Evaluate subcontractor and supplier quotes for scope and accuracy

Maintain current knowledge of market trends, material costs, and construction practices

Qualifications :

Minimum 5 years of experience in concrete estimating, particularly in foundations and flatwork

Proven ability to estimate turnkey concrete packages for mid- to large-scale projects

Familiarity with estimating software and tools

Strong analytical and communication skills

Ability to work independently in a hybrid or fully remote setting
