Responsibilities :

• Provide comprehensive care to critically ill patients in the Progressive Care Unit (PCU).
• Assess patient needs, monitor vital signs, and implement physician orders.
• Operate advanced medical equipment like ventilators and hemodynamic monitors.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Educate and support patients and their families during challenging times.
• Administer medications, manage IV therapies, and perform treatments in accordance with physician orders and established protocols
• Monitor and interpret cardiac rhythms, notifying the healthcare team promptly of any changes or abnormalities
• Document all patient care activities accurately and maintain detailed medical records
