Forklift Operator

We are seeking an experienced and safety-focused Forklift Operator to join our warehouse team. In this role, you will operate dual / quad forklifts to support daily warehouse operations, including loading, unloading, and transporting materials. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of warehouse processes, be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, and be committed to maintaining a clean and safe workplace.

Job Title : Forklift Operator

Pay Rate : $18.50 / hr

Schedule : 6 AM - 2 : 30 PM & 3 : 30 PM - 11 PM

Duties & Responsibilities :

• Safely operate a dual / quad forklift in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
• Maintain positive and professional relationships with both internal team members and external customers.
• Operate equipment in compliance with OSHA and CTPS safety standards.
• Accurately complete daily forklift safety checklists in a timely manner.
• Follow all quality system protocols in compliance with CTPS and SQF standards.
• Consistently lift and move up to 55 lbs throughout the shift.
• Communicate effectively with peers, supervisors, and management.
• Practice clean as you go standards and maintain overall housekeeping on the production floor.
