Pulmonology Nurse Practitioner

• Full-Time / Permanent role
• Outpatient care with opportunities to support inpatient consultations
• Mon-Thur : 8am-5pm & Fri : 8am-12pm
• 1 : 5 call rotation
• Patient volume : 18-25 patients per day
• Ideal candidate will have 1 year of related experience
• SC license in hand or in the process
• Visit types and procedures : Follow-up for chronic conditions, initial consultations for respiratory conditions, lung health screenings, and post-hospital discharge visits
