JOB TITLE : Production Assembler, Full Time, Part Time, Day Shift

EMPLOYEE STATUS : Hourly, non-exempt

JOB DESCREIPTION : Perform a series of assembly tasks to manufacture assigned products.

START WAGE :

1st Shift : $14.00 - $16.90 per hour

TERRIFIC BENEFITS (Must work 30 hours per week) :

WORK SCHEDULE (Flexible Hours) :

1st Shift : Full Time : Mon. - Fri. 6 : 00 am - 2 : 30 pm or Mon. - Thurs. 6 : 00 am - 4 : 30 pm
1st Shift Part Time : Mon. - Fri. 8 : 30 am - 2 : 30 pm

MINIMAL REQUIREMENTS / PERFORMANCE STANDARDS :

Demonstrates ability to work well in a team

Demonstrates quality control by inspection work performed.

Consistently meets production targets after training period.

Demonstrates ability to clearly communicate with others.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS :

Able to lift 30 to 40 pounds with

Good manual dexterity requiring hand-eye

Upper body repetitive motion requiring standing to perform

You may be required to stand or sit for extended periods of time.

EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS :

Demonstrates ability to read and do basic math

High school diploma / GED or proven work experience in a related
