As a Rigging and Crane Supervisor, you will :

Additional Qualifications / Responsibilities :
Required Education, Experience, & Skills : High school diploma or equivalent degree and at least 5 years' experience. Proven experience in rigging and crane operations and logistics management. Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures related to rigging and crane operations. Ability to read and comprehend NAVSEA standard work items. Demonstrated ability to plan, schedule, supervise, and direct the work of other employees in the relevant trade or industry. Ability to use discretion and judgment in making operations and personnel decisions. Proficient computer skills required including experience with Microsoft Office programs and similar software. Good oral and written communication skills. Ability to obtain DBIDS to access Military Base. Pay Information Full-Time Salary Range : $78,760 - $133,870.
