JOB PURPOSE

The Legal Team at PHINIA offers a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience supporting a global manufacturing organization. Reporting to the General Counsel Americas this role offers exposure to legal operations process improvement initiatives and cross-functional collaboration. Its an exciting opportunity for students interested in law and business to contribute meaningfully while developing professional skills.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Support the rollout of legal and process improvement initiatives.
• Research discrete issues including new technologies industry initiatives etc.
• Support the development and rollout of training campaigns
• Develop awareness of the role of key functions within a global manufacturing organization
• Law student
• Eager to learn and engage with diverse teams
• Strong writing and communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word
• High attention to detail
