Project Superintendent

We are looking for a highly motivated Superintendent to join our dynamic team. We were established in 1988 and have a primary focus in commercial construction work, which included saw cutting, core drilling, wire sawing, and wall sawing. We excel in commercial and industrial markets. Join us to be a-part of a strong - reputable organization in construction!

What you will be doing :

• Ability to read blueprints and perform layouts per drawings.
• Ability to supervise and lead employees and subcontractors
• Communicate with customers and vendors
• Ability to review daily worksheets and daily inspections logs for equipment.
• Ability to travel for extended periods of work out of town. Including weekends.
• Manage project budgets, including tracking expenses and controlling costs.

What you need for this position :

Degree in Construction Management or Related Field Experience

3+ years of project management experience
