The Sales Support Lead - Part Time position provides operational and administrative support that enables Account Executives (AE) to focus on sales prospecting and client development.

This position is Part Time, located in Bend, Oregon.

Key responsibilities include, but not limited to, order entry, preparation of sales meeting presentations, invoice processing and distribution, support for rate card creation, and maintenance of customer databases. Working closely with management, the role also develops analytical reports and partners with management to create impactful, high-profile sales packages for strategic opportunities and key clients.

\n\nResponsibilities : \n

• Support Account Executives by entering insertion and production orders into the appropriate Traffic & Billing systems from a variety of sources such as Email, Pilot, WOMS, Katz, and Ampersand while ensuring efficiency and accuracy of the order entry. Provide sales reports such as weekly pre and post logs for clients when requested.

Support national sales efforts through order entry, make-good reconciliation, and general administrative functions.

Perform other related duties as assigned to support sales staff and management.
