R&D Construction and Roofing is a licensed and insured commercial construction company serving Miami-Dade, Broward, Palm Beach and Monroe Counties and the Tampa Bay area. We specialize in complete commercial roofing, build-outs and tenant improvements. We provide an all-in-one construction solution for our customers from start to finish.

    • WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?

  • Actively install TPO, PVC and Mod Bit roofing systems working alongside field crews and providing guidance, when needed
  • Handling service calls related to repairs and warranty work
  • Participating in pre-construction meetings and coordinating projects with the Project Manager
  • Using technology to provide daily logs to clients
  • Maintaining a clean, safe work environment, including OSHA requirements
  • Reviewing job tracking on a regular basis and analyzing any deficiencies
  • Creating a list of project materials to be ordered
  • Scheduling inspections, as needed

    • PAY : $32 - $35 per hour

    Requirements

    ABILITIES YOU MUST BRING TO THE TABLE :

  • Expert-level, hands-on experience with modified bitumen and single-ply systems
  • Proficient in technology-based applications
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Ability to prioritize time and project needs
  • Ability to interface well with work crews
  • Ability to adapt to change in order to meet project goals and deadlines
