Job descriptionMassage Therapy License in the state of Minnesota 2-3 years of experience as a massage therapist Experience working with all age demographics Active - Make fitness and wellness a part of your lifestyle and passion Enthusiastic - Always show up to work with attention, interest, and a smile Confident - Ability to lead groups of people in an engaged and confident manner Compassionate - Show kindness, sympathy and concern for our members Motivational - Inspire and motivate our members in becoming their best selves Must be able to move, carry and lift equipment up to 100 pounds Must be able to bend and reach to high and low levels Availability on nights and weekends is required $70-$90 per hour Complimentary uniforms Free on-site parking Closed on Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, and New Year's Day Time and a half on working holidays Annual holiday bonus Complimentary meals and beverages daily Golf Course, pool, and racquet sports access on select Mondays Team member appreciation and recognition events and awards

Massage Therapist
Interlachen Country Club is seeking a Part-Time Massage Therapist to join our Fitness and Wellness team!

Responsibilities and Expectations :
- Conduct member consultations to understand their needs and medical history
- Develop and customize massage therapy plans based on members' conditions
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment and ensure member comfort and privacy during sessions
- Provide aftercare advice and recommend follow-up treatments
- Maintain accurate member records and treatment notes
- Stay updated on new massage techniques and industry trends
- Follow all health and safety regulations
- Manage scheduling and member appointments efficiently
