Vice President of Finance

Position Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic and strategic Vice President of Finance to lead the financial operations of a publicly traded company within the consumer products sector. This role is critical in shaping financial strategy, ensuring regulatory compliance, and driving sustainable growth.
Key Responsibilities:
● Lead financial planning, forecasting, and budgeting processes
● Oversee reporting, compliance, and SEC filings
● Partner with executive leadership on strategy and capital allocation
● Manage treasury, audit, tax, and investor relations functions
● Build and mentor a high-performing finance team
Qualifications:
● Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (MBA/CPA preferred)
● 10+ years of progressive finance leadership experience
● Public company and consumer products experience strongly preferred
● Proven track record with SEC reporting and investor communications
● Strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills
