In this role, you'll act as the bridge between product development and go-to-market teams, building scalable enablement programs, training initiatives, and readiness plans that accelerate product knowledge and adoption. This is a high-impact opportunity to shape how our products are used across the organization and deliver real value to customers.

What You'll Do :

• Develop and execute product enablement strategies that drive adoption and customer outcomes.
• Build scalable enablement resources (playbooks, onboarding programs, FAQs, certifications).
• Partner cross-functionally with Product, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to translate product launches into effective enablement.
• Deliver engaging training through workshops, webinars, and digital resources.
• Ensure consistent product messaging and positioning across teams.
• Create and maintain a product knowledge hub and up-to-date documentation.
• Establish feedback loops between customer-facing teams and Product to improve adoption.
• Track and analyze KPIs like adoption, retention, and sales productivity to refine programs.
• Serve as a key advocate for the customer in product-related discussions.
