- Hiring Client : Nationwide Home Health Agency
- Job Type : Full-Time Contract (13 weeks)
- Location : Coeur d'Alene, ID, and surrounding areas
- Schedule : Full-time, Monday-Friday, 8 : 00 am - 5 : 00 pm, occasional weekends, and on-call (typically one weekend per month)
- Hours : 40 hours per week
- Compensation : Competitive hourly pay (negotiable based on experience and territory)
- Benefits : .38c mileage reimbursement, visit-to-visit,Medical, dental, and vision benefits, 401(k) plan
- Productivity : 30-32 per week, up to 35 patients per week
Job Requirements :
Active Idaho Registered Nurse (RN)LicenseActive American Heart Association BLS or American Red Cross BLSAt least 1 year of recent home health experience working in a field positionProficiency in Oasis is requiredProficiency in Homecare Homebase requiredOasiscertified preferred, but not requiredReliable transportationJob Duties :
Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients in the comfort of their homes, ensuring their healthcare needs are met with compassion and expertise.Develop individualized care plans and provide skilled nursing interventions to enhance patients' well-being.Utilize Oasis and Homecare Homebase for meticulous documentation and effective communication.Collaborate closely with our interdisciplinary team, including physicians, therapists, and social workers, to provide holistic care.Empower patients and their families with education on health management and self-care, ultimately improving their quality of life.Location Details : Coeur d'Alene, Idaho, is a stunning city nestled in the beautiful Pacific Northwest.
