About the Role :

The Noon Shift Tumbler Operator plays a critical role in the manufacturing process by efficiently operating and monitoring tumbling machines during the midday shift. This position ensures that parts and components are properly finished, polished, or cleaned according to quality standards, contributing directly to the overall product quality and production timelines. The operator is responsible for setting up the tumbling equipment, loading materials, and adjusting machine settings to optimize performance and minimize waste. Attention to detail and adherence to safety protocols are essential to maintain a safe working environment and prevent equipment damage. Ultimately, the role supports continuous production flow and helps meet daily manufacturing targets through skilled machine operation and proactive problem-solving.

Minimum Qualifications :

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience operating tumbling or similar finishing equipment in a manufacturing environment.
  • Basic mechanical aptitude and ability to follow technical instructions.
  • Ability to work the noon shift hours reliably and consistently.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety standards.

Preferred Qualifications :

  • Certification or training in machine operation or manufacturing processes.
  • Experience with preventive maintenance and troubleshooting of tumbling machines.
  • Familiarity with quality control procedures and inspection techniques.
  • Ability to read and interpret production orders and technical documents.
  • Good communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Responsibilities :

  • Set up and operate tumbling machines according to production specifications and safety guidelines.
