Our client, a growing UK-based education recruitment agency, is looking for enthusiastic 360 Recruiters to support their expansion across global markets. You'll manage the full recruitment cycle from engaging schools in the UK to sourcing high-quality contingent and contract candidates internationally.
You don't need a background in education recruitment, but experience placing candidates internationally particularly in service-driven sectors like healthcare is essential. Key responsibilities include managing the full 360 recruitment process for international placements into UK schools, initiating and maintaining strong relationships with school clients across the UK, understanding their staffing needs, sourcing, screening, and onboarding international candidates for contingent and contract roles, handling compliance, documentation, and relocation processes in line with international recruitment standards, collaborating closely with internal teams to ensure smooth placements and high client satisfaction, and maintaining accurate CRM records and regularly reporting on recruitment pipeline activity.
Qualifications and experience required include 23 years of 360 recruitment experience, with a focus on international placements, previous background in relationship-driven recruitment sectors such as healthcare, education, or social care is preferred, confident working across time zones and cultures to attract and engage global talent, strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively, tech-savvy with experience using recruitment CRMs and virtual communication tools, and must have access to a reliable internet connection and own laptop.
