V2X is seeking a logistics professional to provide specialized administrative support to the National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency (NGA), Property Management Division (SIOP) Total Asset Management (TAM) effort involving all NGA Property, Plant, and Equipment (PP&E). The position is located at NGA Campus East located at Fort Belvoir North Area (FBNA), Springfield, VA.

Responsibilities include :

  • Support development of Agency-level logistics policies and processes for personal and real property management.
  • Provide project management expertise in management and valuation practices within the Federal Government, to include construction, software development, and cost accumulation within automated systems.
  • Perform logistics life cycle management support activities for all asset classes, including Information Technology (IT) hardware, IT systems and software.
  • Monitor and manage NGA property accountability programs in accordance with Department of Defense, NGA and other authoritative guidance.
  • Provide technical property accountability expertise supporting the TAM Program.
  • Support the resolution of NGA's PP&E corrective action plan.
  • Administer the Asset Record Due-In process.
  • Support NGAs 291 displaced locations around the globe in regards to receiving, inventory, and disposal actions.
  • Assist in the creation of reporting and metrics.
  • Maintain Accountable Property records and supporting documentation transaction history files, suitable for audit.
  • Conduct data maintenance and reconciliation of asset records and related financial information.
  • Perform budget and cost analysis functions in support of SIOP business operations.

Qualifications :

  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Current TS / SCI clearance.
  • 7-10 years' experience in logistical operations and / or supply-chain management.
  • Experience in Government property management.
  • Bachelor's degree in business or related field (preferred).
  • Project Management Professional (PMP certified) (preferred).
  • Proficient with PC computer platforms and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong communication (oral and written), interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • The work is typically performed in an office environment and at client site locations.
