Job Summary
Required Skills:
· 3+ years of technical support experience with:
· Linux environment: linux command line, linux file structure, running scripts, change directory, run scripts, manipulate/traverse to a different folder, execute script file.
· Windows environment: running batch files, checking log files (application logs or security logs), checking event log, knowing the service status, how to restart it, task scheduler.
· Scripting: python, bash or shell
· 3+ years of technical support experience with 1 or more the following skills:
· MS SQL experience: accessing database through SQL, retrieving data, knowing how to connect database from SQL.
· Basic Networking: ability to read network diagram, ping, network connectivity, layer 2 to layer 7, differences between UDP, TCP, web protocols, firewalls.
Must have customer service experience and strong communication
