What You'll Lead

• Agentic Intelligence at Scale Collaborate with the PM team to define and deliver decision flows that are fast, contextual, and actionablefrom insight to outcomein an AI first approach.
• AI in the Workflow Embed intelligent agents that help leaders ask smarter questions, evaluate risks, and respond in real time.
• Predictive + Prescriptive Partner with data science teams to turn models into business valuepowering scenario planning, retention forecasting, pay equity detection, and more.
• AI That Builds Trust Ensure explainability, data privacy, and regulatory alignment across global markets.
• Design for Impact Collaborate across UX, engineering, and compliance to deliver intuitive, outcome-focused experiences that scale.

May be eligible for bonus, equity, and compensation deferral. Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle's differing products, industries and lines of business. Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity. Oracle US offers a comprehensive benefits package which includes the following : 1.
