Job Title : Machine Builder

Job Description

The machine builder will be responsible for constructing mechanical components for press builds. This role may also involve assisting with tool builds and mold making for soft products such as armrests, headrests, dashboards, and consoles, which are integral to vehicle interiors.

Responsibilities

• Build and construct mechanical components for press builds.
• Assist with tool builds and mold making as required.
• Collaborate with the machine build team to ensure project timelines are met.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.

Work Environment

The work environment is a clean and temperature-controlled manufacturing setting, featuring multiple areas such as shipping / receiving, CNC, assembly, lab, and 3D printing. The manufacturing floor is surrounded by office space and a breakroom, providing a comfortable and professional atmosphere. Steel-toed boots are required.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Brighton, Michigan.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $30.00 / hr.
