Cyber / Data / Privacy Associate Attorney – Midlevel
Location : Chicago | Washington, DC | New York | San Francisco
Practice Area : Cyber, Data & Privacy
Direct Counsel is seeking a midlevel associate (4th-6th year) with experience in litigation and / or regulatory enforcement investigations involving privacy and data security matters . This is an opportunity to join an award-winning Cyber / Data / Privacy practice with a strong international presence.
Key Responsibilities :
- Represent clients in regulatory investigations involving consumer protection issues (State AG, FTC, and other regulatory agencies).
- Defend privacy and data security class actions , including cases involving :
