    • HVAC Service Technician - Job Summary
    • We're seeking a skilled and motivated

    • HVAC Service Technician
    • to diagnose, maintain, and repair residential and light commercial systems. If you take pride in your craft and love helping customers, we want to hear from you!
    • Responsibilities
    • Troubleshoot, maintain, and repair HVAC systems including furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and ventilation systems.
    • Provide leadership and mentorship to junior technicians.
    • Perform preventative maintenance and diagnose mechanical / electrical issues.
    • Communicate effectively with customers and provide clear repair recommendations.
    • Maintain accurate service records and follow all safety regulations.
    • Collaborate with other technicians and office staff.
    • HVAC Master Installer - Job Summary
    • Join our installation team delivering high-quality HVAC installations with precision and professionalism. You will install systems that keep our customers comfortable and our reputation strong.

    • Responsibilities
    • Install residential and light commercial HVAC systems according to code and manufacturer specs.
    • Lead and train apprentices to ensure consistent quality work.
    • Measure, fabricate, and install ductwork; set and start up equipment.
    • Communicate clearly with customers and team members.
    • Maintain accurate installation documentation and safety standards.
    • Keep vehicles and equipment clean, organized, and ready for the next job.
    • Required Qualifications
    • High school diploma or equivalent (
    • HVAC trade school preferred
    • 10+ years
    • HVAC service, maintenance, or installation experience
    • EPA Section 608 Certification
    • (required)
    • Valid driver's license with clean driving record
    • Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills
    • Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently
    • Preferred Qualifications
    • NATE certification
    • Experience with
    • smart thermostats
    • and
    • zoning systems
    • Knowledge of
    • local HVAC codes and regulations
    • Physical Demands
    • Work at least an
    • 8-hour day
    • Lift up to
    • 70 lbs
    • and perform physical labor daily
    • Work in
    • extreme heat and cold
    • Climb ladders and work in tight spaces as needed
