Job description

Are you a friendly, organized, and motivated leader with a sweet tooth for success? We’re looking for a Store Manager to join our team and help create the ultimate ice cream experience for our guests!

What You’ll Do :

Lead and inspire a team to deliver outstanding customer service
Oversee daily store operations (opening, closing, cash handling, inventory)
Ensure product quality, cleanliness, and a fun atmosphere
Schedule staff and manage training
Drive sales and support special promotions

What We’re Looking For :

Previous supervisory or management experience (food service an asset)

Strong leadership and communication skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-focused environment

Positive attitude and excellent customer service skills

Flexible availability (including evenings and weekends)

Food Safety Trainers Certificate
