Ophthalmology Opening in New YorkLocated in Chautauqua, NY - Buffalo 70mFederally Qualified Health Center (FQHC)Full Time; Permanent PositionSeeking BC / BEQualifications : - CPR certified - Knowledge of current principles, methods and procedures for the delivery of medical evaluation, diagnosis and treatment in area of expertise - Licensed to work in the state of New York as an Ophthalmologist - Graduated from an accredited college with a doctorate in medicine.Compensation & Benefits : - Salary Range : $220,000 - $300,000 - Eligible for Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF) and NHSC loan repayment - Malpractice coverage through FTCA - $10,000 annual contribution toward health / dental / vision premiums for family plans; $5,000 for individual - Health insurance through Highmark Blue Cross Blue Shield of WNY - 403(b) Retirement Plan with up to 4% match - 4 weeks PTO (personal and sick combined) - 6 paid holidays - CEU allowance and professional dues covered - Flexible schedules and no weekends - Manageable patient caseload Location Highlights : Chautauqua, NY, with a population of around 4,000 residents, is a peaceful and culturally rich community located in western New York along the shores of Chautauqua Lake.
