Finance & Operations Analyst

We are seeking a Finance & Operations Analyst to join the New Holland North America team. This role supports the Marketing team with various financial and operational tasks, incorporating diverse skills marketing, finance, and systems integrations to support the greater New Holland marketing team in achieving its goals. The ideal candidate should have at least two years of experience, an understanding of basic financial principles, and strong Excel skills.

Responsibilities

Marketing Finance Administration :

• Vendor On-boarding : Support the addition of new vendors into CNH systems
• Purchase Order Creation : Generate and manage purchase orders to ensure timely and accurate procurement of goods and services.
• Posting Goods Receipts : Accurately post goods receipts to maintain up-to-date inventory records and ensure proper accounting of received items.
• Reporting : Prepare and analyze reports related to purchase orders, invoicing, and other financial activities to provide insights and support decision-making.
• Annual Forecasting : Assist in the development of annual financial forecasts, including revenue, expense, and cash flow projections.
• Budget Reconciliation : Perform budget reconciliation to ensure alignment between actual expenditures and budgeted amounts, identifying and addressing discrepancies.
• Financial Analysis : Conduct financial analysis to support business planning and performance evaluation.
• Excel Proficiency : Utilize advanced Excel skills to create and maintain financial models, perform data analysis, and generate reports.

The annual salary for this role is $63,000 - $84,000 plus any applicable bonus (Actual salaries will vary and will be based on various factors, such as skill, experience and qualification for the role.)
