Job descriptionWork Schedule : Monday - Friday, Full-time Professional Growth : Leadership role in an Article 28 facility Impactful Work : Shape gynecological care and lead a dedicated clinical team Provide clinical leadership and oversight for the gynecology department Maintain active clinical practice and patient care Mentor and supervise gynecology staff and providers Develop and implement departmental policies and procedures Ensure quality standards and regulatory compliance Participate in strategic planning and program development Manage departmental resources and budgets Education : MD or DO from an accredited medical school Licensure : Active New York State Medical License Certification : Board Certified in Gynecology / OB-GYN Experience : 2-3 years clinical experience post-fellowship; proven leadership or management experience preferred Technical Skills : Advanced gynecological procedures, surgical expertise Soft Skills : Strong leadership, team management, strategic planning, excellent communication Competitive Compensation : $300,000 - $350,000 per year + Productivity Bonus Comprehensive Benefits : Health and Dental Insurance Malpractice Coverage 5 Weeks PTO + Federal Holidays CME Allowance 401K Retirement Plan
