Information Technology Project Coordinator

We are seeking a detail-oriented Cloud Project Coordinator to support the successful planning, implementation, and tracking of cloud-based projects. This role requires excellent organizational and multitasking skills, along with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. You will work closely with the Cloud Program Manager and project stakeholders to ensure that all project components are aligned, on schedule, and properly documented.

Responsibilities :

• Assist with gathering, reviewing, and preparing project, team, and organizational deliverables.
• Support the development of key project management documentation, including budgets, schedules, and plans.
• Maintain and update project data using project management tools and other systems.
• Identify and help resolve issues that could impact project progress, including researching and recommending proactive solutions.
• Perform data quality checks and ensure accuracy across deliverables, reports, and testing outputs.
• Schedule and coordinate meetings, track key project metrics, and maintain comprehensive project records.
• Lead small-scale projects, system enhancements, or process improvement initiatives as needed.
• Facilitate clear communication between the project team and stakeholders to ensure alignment on requirements and status.
• Manage and organize project documentation, including meeting notes, status reports, and project logs.
