What You'll Be Doing :

• Manage day-to-day accounting tasks - from accounts payable to month end close
• Perform accurate account, parts, and credit card reconciliations
• Keep detailed financial records and ensure compliance with all regulations and internal policies
• Generate reports that help management make informed business decisions
• Work alongside leadership to enhance and streamline accounting processes
• Support tax prep, audits, and other financial reporting needs

What We're Looking For :

Proven bookkeeping experience - automotive industry experience is a major plus

Experience with Protractor automotive software (this is also a must!)

Strong Microsoft Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas, data analysis)

Solid understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting

Top-notch attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to meet deadlines

A team player who can also work independently
