Position Description
Seeking General Medicine Physicians to perform non-treatment disability exams (Compensation & Pension and Separation Health Assessments) for U.S. Veterans
Roles & Responsibilities :
- Conduct Compensation & Pension (C&P) and Separation Health Assessments for Veterans in accordance with VA guidelines
- Perform interview-based evaluations and limited physical assessments (e.g., ROM testing, METs, respiratory / cardiovascular assessments)
- Accurately document all findings in required formats and submit completed reports promptly
- Review and interpret diagnostic results (when applicable)
- Complete addendums or follow-up documentation when requested
- Ensure a respectful, professional, and confidential experience for every Veteran
