Role Description

Investors Trust is a global brand representing the ITA Group - an international group of insurance companies and subsidiaries located in multiple jurisdictions around the world. The goal of the ITA Group is to provide access to the global markets through an array of unit-linked insurance products, and is licensed and rated by various financial authorities.

This is a full-time on-site role. We’re looking for a strategic and detail-oriented Community Manager to lead the development, execution, and oversight of content across all communication channels. This role is central to shaping how our brand speaks to the world—ensuring consistency, clarity, and impact in every message we deliver.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement content strategies that drive engagement, brand awareness, and lead generation
  • Oversee content creation on all marketing platforms and align goals across the board
  • Conduct thorough research on industry trends, market insights, and competitor analysis to inform content creation
  • Write, edit, and proofread engaging and informative content for various channels, including website, blog, social media, and email campaigns
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, design, and product, to ensure content consistency and alignment with brand guidelines
  • Optimize content for search engines (SEO) to improve organic visibility and website traffic
  • Analyze content performance using relevant metrics and make data-driven recommendations for improvement
  • Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and emerging trends in content marketing

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism or related field is preferred
  • 3+ years of experience in content management or similar role
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Knowledge of SEO and digital marketing best practices
  • Proficiency in content management systems, social media tools, and analytics platforms
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Familiarity with financial services or regulated industries is a plus
