Key Responsibilities :

Assist in implementing individualized treatment plans developed by the Occupational Therapist.

Support patients in performing therapeutic exercises and functional activities.

Monitor and document patient progress accurately.

Prepare and maintain therapy equipment and treatment areas.

Educate patients and families on strategies to enhance daily functioning.

Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure comprehensive patient care.

Support workflow efficiency within the therapy department.

Qualifications :

Current and valid COTA license in Maine.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work effectively under supervision and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
