Scrum Master (5649)

As Scrum Master , you'll coordinate a cross-functional Agile development team utilizing the principles and tools of the Scrum Framework.

What you'll do :

• Assume a servant leadership role to support a self-organized team to complete Scrum projects.
• Identify and remove impediments to progress.
• Facilitate sprint planning meetings, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, demos, and retrospectives.
• Identify and manage the backlog.
• Support, coach and mentor team members.
• Track daily sprint progress and maintain schedules.

What you'll need to succeed :

SALARY RANGE : $99,000 - $105,000
