Job description💸 Competitive Pay : $80K–$90K + profit sharing & retirement plan 🧠 Mentorship & Growth : Work side-by-side with industry experts who’ll guide you every step of the way 🧩 Cutting-Edge Tools : Hands-on experience with the latest analysis and design technologies 🌆 Impactful Projects : From skyscrapers to transit stations—your work will shape communities ✈️ Limited Travel : Mostly local, collaborative work environment Months 1–3 : Train on STAAD PRO, RAM, and AutoCAD under direct mentorship. Months 4–6 : Take ownership of design components and drawing reviews. Months 7–12 : Lead small structural reviews and contribute to major project deliverables. BS or MS in Civil / Structural Engineering (steel coursework preferred) Proficient or familiar with STAAD PRO, RAM, AutoCAD, Excel, Word Strong communicator, collaborative, and eager to learn

- Collaborate with senior engineers to design and analyze steel, concrete, and composite structures.
- Use industry-standard software (STAAD PRO, RAM, AutoCAD) to model and refine designs.
- Review and interpret architectural plans and shop drawings.
- Apply core principles of structural mechanics and materials science to solve complex challenges.
